
I am currently working on the largest project of my career – a film documentary and companion book – the Third Coast.
Further, I have four culinary book projects that are in various stages of production and/or contractual negotiations. In the meantime, I’ve been working on writing assignments either on my backporch in New Orleans or in far flung sailing locales like Uruguay.
I am actively dedicated to restoring and revitalizing West End in New Orleans and volunteering my time as the Race Committee Chairman for the largest regatta on the northern Gulf Coast – Mardi Gras Race Week.
Oh yeah, and there is a novel en route.
